Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Los Angeles office. In this integral role, you'll apply financial acumen, analytical expertise, and business support to enhance pricing decisions for firm management. This position is hybrid. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $100,00per year.

Job Description:

• Evaluate profitability scenarios to inform pricing decisions.
  
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to create competitive and innovative fee proposals aligned with strategic and financial goals.
  
• Assist relationship attorneys by providing pricing advisory services and analytical support during client rate negotiations.
  
• Research existing/historical firm matters and develop standardized pricing templates to assist attorneys in budgeting for new matters.
  
• Conduct internal analysis and external industry research on billable rates, fee structures, and pricing trends.
  
• Prepare materials for pricing strategy discussions with firm leadership.
  

• Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, interacting effectively with people at all organizational levels.
  
• Work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong customer service focus.
  
• Possess the ability to work independently, conducting research, analysis, and financial development.
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of analytical experience in finance or accounting
