Our client is seeking to add a Senior Complex Litigation Claims Consultant to their remote team due to continued growth! This individual will be responsible for managing highly complex Commercial Trucking and General Liability claims with a focus on litigated files with $1M - $3M exposures. The role involves thorough investigation, coverage analysis, and resolution of claims across various jurisdictions. This is a fully remote position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve highly complex Commercial Trucking and General Liability litigated claims through resolution.
• Manage a pending of 80 - 90 complex files.
• Analyze liability, assess damages and injury severity, and manage supporting documentation including incident reports, medical records, and legal filings.
• Establish timely and appropriate reserves based on investigation and anticipated exposure.
• Collaborate with defense counsel, expert witnesses, and internal stakeholders to develop resolution strategies.
• Conduct thorough coverage analysis and draft detailed position letters when applicable.
• Maintain consistent communication with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and clients throughout the claims lifecycle.

• 7 - 15+ years of Commercial Trucking and/or General Liability claims handling experience, preferably with multi-jurisdictional and litigated file exposure.
• Active Adjuster's License required.
• Well versed in managing complex files with exposures exceeding $1M.
• Proven ability to analyze legal liability and assess complex fact patterns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write comprehensive reports and effectively interact with internal and external parties.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing a remote workload independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.

• Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience plus lucrative bonus
