As a HR Transformation Lead Consultant/Architect, you will be responsible for driving HR Transformation efforts to enable more efficient, scalable, and high-quality HR service delivery to ourclients. You will provide consultative expertise to support various HR efficiency opportunities, identification, prioritization, and project/change management initiatives across global business units and geographies. As a Senior Consultant, you will advise on the continued evolution of Client's HR Target Operating Models and Shared Services strategy, identifying opportunities to extend onshore/offshore capabilities and utilization while driving process improvement and service excellence. Gains detailed understanding of client's current state HR service delivery models, processes, and metrics across key sub-functions, divisions, and geographies.
