Accounting Manager pay up to $140,000/yr + 15% bonus
What to know:
- Pay of up to $140k/year
- 15% bonus target
- Hybrid scheduled - 3 days in office and 2 days remote
- Mondays and Wednesdays mandatory in-office
- Oversee property-level accounting and work with 3rd party property teams
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports, budgets, rent rolls, and cash management
- Approve operating and tax escalations, annual estimates, and reconciliations
- Handle loan compliance, including mortgage payments and lender reporting
- Prepare unaudited and audited financial statements, including footnotes (fair value and tax basis)
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
- 5+ years of property accounting experience (commercial real estate preferred)
- Experience with Funds and/or Joint Ventures, including fair value GAAP and tax accounting
- Proficiency with tenant recoveries (CAM), waterfall calculations, and audit preparation
- Proficiency in financial software systems; MRI experience is a plus
