Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to users via chat, troubleshooting problems with predefined steps
• Triage incomplete tickets and perform troubleshooting for various technical issues
• Execute sub?tasks of projects related to the Practice Success workstream under supervision
• Maintain clear and concise communication with users while resolving their inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to enhance user experience and improve service delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
• Associate Degree
• Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
• Strong analytical thinking, problem?solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read/write simple SQL statements or run SQL statements written by other team members
