ABOUT THE JOB

As a manager you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift operationally. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. This is how we ensure we are operating with excellence.
In addition: staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

COMPENSATION
Assistant Managers will also receive sick pay, and have an opportunity for PTO as well as bonuses every 4 weeks ranging from $100 base to $1000 base dependent on skill level, shift availability and shifts worked.

Have prior pizza or quick service management experience? Starting training wage for experienced managers is $17.50-$18.50 per hour.

Looking to transfer from another Domino's? Interview and see about the opportunity for a $250 to $500 signing bonus to help off set those moving costs! (requirements: released from current franchise, 1 years of Domino's management experience with at least $25k a week volume, sign to a 6 month or longer employment contract)

QUALIFICATIONS

General job duties for all store team members

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Communication Skills
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions/Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
