Senior Member Of Technical Staff (IC5)

Within Oracle Health & Application Infrastructure, the Clinical Digital Assistant (CDA) team is at the forefront of this transformation. We are developing a next-generation platform for healthcare applications, harnessing advancements in generative AI technologies and OCI's cloud-native AI/ML and data infrastructure. This platform introduces capabilities such as conversational search, voice-assisted applications, summarization, semantic search, and RAG, redefining healthcare experiences for both patients and clinicians.

As a senior member of technical staff (IC5), you will play a leading role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the platform for CDA. You will work in an innovative, dynamic, and collaborative team. Responsibilities:

• Qualifications: BS or MS degree in computer science, or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant software development experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Javascript, Typescript language for front-end development
• Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, proficiency in data structures & algorithms, Restful services & Microservice architecture
• Hands on experience building cloud native services on cloud platforms like OCI, Azure, GCP
• Strong grasp of system design fundamentals and distributed systems architectural best practices
• Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing
• Technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers
• User interface design; Figma mockups
• Troubleshooting and debugging: Chrome browser debugger, console logs, JIRA ticket tracking
• HTML 5 web development
• Single-page-application web development: React, Preact, Nginx, CommonJS/RequireJS

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
