Delta Physician Placement (DPP), the permanent staffing division of The Delta Companies, identifies qualified Physicians, Advanced Practitioners, Allied Health, and Therapist on behalf of healthcare facilities nationwide. A single point of contact assists you with coordinating communication with the hiring manager, negotiating contractual details, and coordinating any necessary travel. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine - Obstetrics (FMOB)
- Strong: $280K + procedure and encounter based incentive programs, procedure pay
- Sign on: $30,000
- Benefits: Start day 1
- Vacation: 34 days
- CME: 30 hours at $5,100
- Loan assistance: Through NHSC
- Residency Stipend offered
- Relocation: Paid
- Benefits: Starting at 30 days - family coverage, ask for benefits package.
- Patients per day: 12+ patients per 8-hour day (no max visits per day, see patients at your own pace.)
- Call: 1:8 - called by hospital Triage Service.
- Obstetrics First assists are customary are unable to offer C-Section privileges.

- Obstetrics training
