In this role, you will be pivotal in transforming the client support experience through enhanced internal toolingand AI integration. You will lead the vision and execution of core tools that empower client support teams, making interactions faster and more efficient. This position requires a balance of technical expertise and strategic thinking to optimize client-facing channels and drive operational excellence. Accountabilities

  • Own the Client Support Tooling Ecosystem by defining the long-term product strategy for agent platforms.
  • Optimize client contact channels with a focus on automation and deflection.
  • Drive strategic outcomes by translating complex problems into clear product requirements.
  • Lead product discovery using both quantitative data and qualitative insights.
  • Act as the liaison between customer support and product management teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering to guide the development process and drive product releases.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in internal tooling or customer service technology.
  • Deep understanding of internal tools and their impact on operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex operational data.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering on system architecture and integrations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to articulate product vision and influence stakeholders.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
