What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Partner with consultants to perform financial analyses, including cost savings and data projections
• Develop client analyses, presentations, and reviews of pharmacy contracts for the employer's clients
• Analyze and negotiate vendor products, services, contracts, and pricing guarantees
• Serve as the lead project manager, contributing to project plans and ensuring quality delivery against objectives
• Support the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives and assist with client deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years of experience in designing/managing large group pharmacy benefit plans in a consulting or related environment
• Strong financial skills with prior experience in pharmacy pricing or underwriting preferred
• Bachelors degree required, preferably with significant quantitative coursework
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining

• Experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting, or valuation work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, creative, and integrative skills
