As an Extraction Packaging Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our oil assembly and packaging team ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets our company's high standards. You'll play a key role in guiding and supporting leads and crew members to achieve excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Do

As the Extraction Packaging Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, high-quality output, and strong team performance.

You will:

  • Lead & Motivate: Supervise team leads and crew members to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.

  • Plan & Organize: Delegate daily and weekly tasks, track attendance, breaks, and production rates.

  • Coach & Develop: Train and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and uphold company standards.

  • Monitor Production: Maintain accurate order tracking sheets, ensure all products are packaged correctly, on time, and in order of priority.

  • Maintain Inventory: Oversee and verify product inventory levels to ensure consistent flow of materials.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with management to coordinate staffing, meet production goals, and communicate updates effectively.

  • Ensure Equipment Care: Verify that all machinery is used properly, cleaned, and maintained.

  • Evaluate Performance: Analyze production data to identify top performers and guide underperforming team members toward success.

  • Report & Communicate: Send clear end-of-shift updates, attend leadership meetings, and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.

  • Support Company Standards: Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures while promoting a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

  • Contribute to Innovation: Assist with Research & Development projects and other departmental initiatives as needed.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Must be 21 years or older

  • High School Diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • At least 1 year of experience supervising or managing in a production or processing environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

  • The ability to stay adaptable and thrive under changing priorities

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with hands

  • Lift or carry up to 25 lbs occasionally

  • Comfortable working in a production setting with moderate noise and movement

  • Clear near and far vision (with or without corrective lenses); ability to distinguish between colors
