The Small Business Banking Leader participates in business development efforts by identifying prospects and cultivating client relationships to achieve sales goals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service while maintaining the bank's profitability and asset quality standards. Additionally, you will support and guide staff within a relational team to meet established objectives.

Compensation: $95,169 - $142,754
The compensation range represents the base salary for this role, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
