Compensation:
Rate Type: Hourly
Over Time: 8 regular hours in a day OR 40 total hours in 1 week: 1.5%
Double Time: None
On-Call: 10$
Call Back: 1.5%
Holiday Pay: 1.5%

Home Health PT -Spokane & Surrounding Areas
Start Date: ASAP , Compliance takes about 2 weeks
Shift: 8hr Days
Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
First-Timers Accepted: YES
Weekend REQ: see on call requirement
Is On-Call REQ?: Every 4th weekend and a weekday on-call after hours 2-3 x's per month
Locals Accepted: Yes

Experience Requirements:
1 YR of recent Skilled Home Health Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years)
Case Load: Geriatric
Certs REQ: BCLS
License: Must have WA license, or compact license

Additional Notes:
Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles.
Timely communication and documentation required
Documentation tools will be provided, and must be returned.
