Going on five years of experience, we specialize in providing care for children ages 6 to 18 with unique needs through our BRS program in Spokane Valley. We are currently seeking dedicated Direct Care staff to join our team in creating stable, supportive, and predictable environments for the children who need it most. Responsibilities:
The Direct Care Staff is responsible for providing individualized care and support to youth in a residential Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) foster care setting. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, cooking, cleaning, and medication management. The Direct Care Staff works closely with the Program Manager to facilitate communication, behavior management plans, therapeutic activities, and ensure the overall well-being of residents. Staff will also assist with medical needs, transportation, and community outings, creating a safe, supportive, and structured environment for the children in care.
