Full Time - Day Shift - 80 hours per pay period - M-F

This position is on-site at our main campus in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Responsibilities

  • Performs a wide variety of complex and confidential executive support work requiring specialized knowledge and experience
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • May direct and lead the work of others
  • Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
  • Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred OR equivalent work experience and education combined required
  • 3 years experience in providing administrative support at a department head or C-suite level
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of web-based navigation and technology preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with proof-reading and editing
  • Must be extremely organized
  • Must be skilled in handling time-sensitive and confidential matters
  • Must be commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of Idaho or obtain commission within six months of employment

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs
  • Typical equipment used in a clinical job
  • Must be able to maintain a sitting position
  • Must be able to move or traverse with/without accommodation
