Corwin Ford of Spokane is seeking to hire an experienced, detail-oriented Title Clerk to process and file paperwork to establish/transfer the ownership of our customers vehicles. We're growing and looking for someone who wants to grow their career with us!

Ideal candidates will have previous dealership and/or DMV titling experience. Other data entry, accounts payable/receivable, or dealership office experience is a plus! If you are organized, self-motivated, and looking to advance your career we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities Title Clerk:

• Process new and used vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents
• Submit required paperwork to the Department of Licensing and financial institutions
• Verify accuracy of vehicle sales contracts, loan documents, and title information
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records in compliance with dealership and state requirements
• Support the accounting office and management with administrative tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales, and service staff

• Other accounting/clerical duties may be assigned
  
  

Requirements Title Clerk:

• 1 - 2+ years of dealership or DMV Title Clerk experience required
• Knowledge of Washington state DMV/DOL procedures strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc. a plus)
• Team player with excellent communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license
