Employment Status: Full Time or Part Time Seasonal

Wage Range: $14.00 to $16.00

Minimum Age: 16

Position Summary:

As a Guest Services Representative, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to our guests. You will handle sales transactions and product orders using a computer while interacting with guests both in person and over the phone.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

  • Process sales and order fulfillment through our Point of Sale system, including discounts and promotions.
  • Sell daily lift tickets and season passes, as well as additional products like parking and lockers.
  • Manage incoming calls on our Guest Service phone line.
  • Balance cash and card transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Schweitzer's offerings, activities, and special events.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with snow shoveling as needed.
  • Keep office areas clean and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Specific Job Skills:

  • License/Certifications: None required.
  • Technical: Proficient computer skills, experience with point of sale systems, and cash handling.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (full 8-hour shifts).
  • Additional: Strong guest service background with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Related Experience:

  • Minimum education required: Basic understanding of English reading, writing, communication, and basic math.
  • Previous experience: Guest service experience is preferred.
