Head Of Facilities Management Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of a fundamental operational pillar in our national school launch initiative. You will have full autonomy to shape and drive your area of responsibility, with flexibility to match you to the most suitable domain based on your expertise.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 3-year tenure at MBB (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG), with exceptional strategic acumen
• Demonstrated success leading complex operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Distinguished expertise in at least one area: regulatory compliance, onboarding systems, or large-scale financial operations
• Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with strong autonomous execution skills
• Valid U.S. work authorization and ability to travel approximately one week per month
• Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
