As an Emergency Department Telephone Registration Patient Access Representative, you will provide a comprehensive set of business and financial related services during the patient access process on the day the patient arrives at Main Campus Hospital to receive healthcare services. You will work directly with diverse populations of patients collecting their financial, insurance, medical, and demographic information to check them in, complete their registration, and leave a positive, lasting impression. A caregiver in this position works remotely, part-time from 10:00am-9:00pm, with rotating weekend and holiday requirements. Training consists of 90 days, in person, full time at Main Campus.
