Emergency Assistance for Utilities offered at New Hope Resource Center

Provides emergency assistance for utilities (water, electricity) when a shut off notice has been issued.

Location: 4211 East Colbert Road, Colbert, WA 99005

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must live in the service area.
2. Must be low-income, senior, or disabled.
3. Service area is from the north side of Hawthorne Rd as far north as the Spokane County border (excluding Deer Park as they have their own services).

Provides information and referral services, emergency assistance for food, utilities, gas, clothing, household items, and prescriptions. Also provides chore services and transportation for the elderly and disabled. Must live in the service area; must be low-income or in need of emergency assistance; service area is from the north side of Hawthorne Road as far north as the Spokane County line (Mead, Colbert, Chattaroy, Riverside Community, and Elk, but not Deer Park as they have their own services).
