ExeucSource has partnered with a large Urgent Care Management group and we are assisting them on search for a Provider Enrollment Specialist. This is fully-remote position and temp-hire. After the 90 day contractual period, there is an opportunity to transition to a full-time employee with our client.

Pay for this role is $23-$25/hour - based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the enrollment process for Georgia Medicare and Medicaid programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Experience using the Georgia Medicaid Management Information System (GAMMIS).
• Maintain and update CAQH profiles and other credentialing databases.
• Conduct thorough primary source verifications to ensure the accuracy and validity of credentials.
• Carefully review and verify all documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide timely updates on application statuses and proactively resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Demonstrate patience and professionalism when addressing complex enrollment situations.
• Take accountability for meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work standards.
  
  

• Hands-on experience & knowledge of Georgia Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and familiarity with GAMMIS.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with private & secure office space.
