The Loan Support Specialist III is responsible for the servicing of consumer, small business, SBA and commercial loan servicing within an environment of high work volumes and established deadlines. Works on assignments that are highly complex in nature where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations. Independently handles production tasks requiring knowledge of loan documentation, regulations, policies and procedures. This role interacts with bank staff at all levels in multiple departments, customers, escrow/title personnel, attorneys and various levels of external professionals. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Perform loan servicing activities such as general loan maintenance, processing loan payments, data entry, loan document creation, lien perfection, escrow/tax support, flood review or general ledger reconciliation.
