Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including complex asset divisions and child custody cases. This is a fully remote role and requires CA Bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law matters, including high-conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide effective advocacy in hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Communicate regularly with clients and coordinate with other attorneys and staff for case management.
• Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.

Requirements

• Strong background in family law.
• Active and in good standing membership in the California State Bar.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Commitment to meeting a 1600-1700 billable hour requirement annually.

Benefits and Conditions

• Base pay range: $175,000 - $265,000 per year.
• Fully remote work schedule (CA Bar required).
• 3 weeks PTO with 14 paid holidays; health insurance, 401K, dental, vision, flexible spending account, life insurance, long-term disability.
