Real Chemistry is looking for a Product Manager starpower Marketplace to join our growing team. This role leads the development of a proprietary platform to transform how brands discover, access, and activate entertainment, sports, and cultural partnerships. The Product Manager will drive product strategy, feature planning, and phased delivery across internal and client-facing components, collaborating with the Application Architect and IT Support to ensure feasibility, workflow optimization, and platform scalability. This is a high-impact role reporting to starpower leadership. This is a hybrid role, based in US offices (New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco) or remote within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Pay range: $120,000.00$140,000.00. Compensation is based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location.
