About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager (AI) to lead and coordinate multiple technology pilot programs with a strong focus on AI-driven tools and solutions. This role involves managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and communications while working closely with stakeholders, consultants, developers, and testers. The ideal candidate has a background in program/project management, experience with AI technologies, and excellent communication skills in a global business environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate AI-focused pilot program timelines, deliverables, risks, and communications.

• Partner with stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams to ensure program success.

• Develop and maintain program plans, policies, and procedures across all phases.

• Facilitate collaboration between business users, developers, and testers.

• Provide status updates and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.

• Drive programs from inception to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes.

• Support design, development, and integration of AI solutions into business environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

• Solid understanding of AI tools, technologies, and business integration.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify technical terms for business users.

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working across global teams and time zones.

• Bachelors degree in a related field.

• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
