Hybrid/Remote Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Comparion Insurance Agency is hiring for the Hybrid/Remote Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions) role. This position is based in Wisconsin and requires living in Wisconsin. It is a hybrid role with some in-office days depending on location.

Compensation

The base pay range is $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr. Through base salary, bonuses, and uncapped commissions, typical total first-year compensation ranges from $55,000 - $75,000. Potential for top performers to earn over $100,000 in their first year.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, and life insurance solutions from top national and regional carriers.
• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
• Participate in training and licensing as needed; work in a hybrid environment with some in-office requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous employment in a sales role with success turning prospects into customers.
• A state insurance licenseor willingness to earn one with training and supportin Property & Casualty, and Life.
• Effective written and oral communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
