ThinkDESIGN Architecture is hiring a Senior Architect to lead zoning and code compliance reviews for residential projects in NYC. Responsibilities include redlining drawings, reviewing filings, and collaborating with in-house staff. Fully remote role with an optional Staten Island office. Salary negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Lead zoning and building code reviews for NYC residential projects.
• Redline drawings and review filing packages for compliance with NYC DOB/DSBC requirements.
• Collaborate with in-house staff to ensure code adherence and accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with NYC zoning and building code.
• Familiarity with DOB NOW/BIS.
• Architectural degree required (RA preferred).
