Overview

Remote PEMB Project Manager Complex PEMB Fabrication & Erection. Join a well-established PEMB fabricator known for delivering notable structures. Lead major pre-engineered metal building projects from contract award through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, on-budget performance, and high-quality results.

What Youll Do

• Own projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Interpret and execute from architectural and structural drawings with precision.
• Coordinate with detailing, fabrication, and erection teams.
• Serve as the central point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become roadblocks.
• Lead meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage change orders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and client satisfaction as top priorities in every decision.

What You Bring

• Solid track record managing PEMB projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with MBS, Tekla PowerFab Suite, or Tekla Models is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
