Overview

Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho, is looking to add an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee our local and national commercial properties across all 50 states. You will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal and operational success of our properties.

Wage

$75,000/year

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for office properties nationwide
• Vendor, contractor, and tenant management
• Negotiate contracts and work with leasing agents
• Maintain organized property files
• Research and engage with brokers for real estate opportunities
• Oversee remodeling, disaster projects, and property cleanliness

Requirements

• Experience managing commercial properties, including handling operational emergencies and renovations
• Understanding of building construction and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Highly organized with multi-project management skills
• Contract management experience
• Knowledge of commercial leases and terms like CAM, OP Ex, Additional Rent
• Experience with real estate transactions, rent roll, and cap rate
