Title: Product Designer

Reports To: Sr. Manager, Product Design Manager

Positions Supervised: N/A

Work Schedule: Flexible working hours from 7:30a to 6:30p

Position Summary

The Product Designer leads projects end to end by identifying product challenges, driving cross-functional collaboration, and defining and creating solutions. This role owns the full design lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, iterating solutions based on user feedback and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process from identifying product challenges to creating wireframes, prototypes, testing, and iterating on solutions.
• Conduct research and stakeholder interviews to uncover insights, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help shape product roadmaps and priorities.
• Design and deliver solutions through mockups, user flows, prototypes, and high-quality visuals.
• Leverage data and metrics to inform design decisions, validate outcomes, and uncover patterns.
• Maintain consistency and elevate quality by building and evolving the design system, applying strong visual design skills and established interaction patterns, and aligning with fellow designers and the Product Director.

Qualifications

• Holistic thinker who simplifies complex problems into clear, intuitive experiences.
• Open-minded collaborator who integrates feedback effectively, explains design rationale clearly, and values constructive discussion.
• Strong foundation in user-centered, interaction, and visual design, with attention to detail across wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Experience designing mobile apps, with a strong understanding of mobile interaction patterns and responsive design.
• Ability to translate business challenges into design solutions that balance user needs and company goals.
• Proficiency with commonly used design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

Experience

• 35 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with hands-on involvement in end-to-end product design for web and mobile.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
• Masters degree preferred, but not required.
• Alternatively, equivalent combination of experience and education.

Certificates & Licenses

• Slavic401k Compliance Course completed within 90-days of hire with a passing score of 70% or better.

Whats in it for you

This role will have a base pay range of $85,450.00-$117,180.00. Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for annual performance bonus based on company and individual goals.
