Of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Perform maintenance projects and tasks with minimal supervision. This may include repairs on a variety of appliances, keeping the grounds free of debris, maintaining the curb appeal, and routine preventative maintenance. Hotel rooms painting, cleaning, and repairing damage. Maintaining inventory of supplies, and scheduling repairs as needed. Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol. Maintains the highest level of customer service for guests and corporate departments. Compliance with company standards as defined in the Employee Handbook, Operations Playbook, and applicable laws, e.g., Local Building Codes, OSHA, and EEOC.
