About the Convention Center:
The Coeur d'Alene Resort Convention Center hosts a variety of events from conferences to weddings and banquets. With beautiful views and a reputation for excellence, we strive to make every event special through exceptional service.
The Role:
We are looking for friendly and attentive Beverage Servers to provide top-quality service during events. Your role is to ensure guests enjoy their beverages promptly and with a smile, contributing to a smooth and memorable event experience.
What You'll Do:
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Set up and maintain beverage stations and service areas
Clear empty glasses and assist with clean-up during and after events
Communicate effectively with bartenders and event staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Follow all responsible alcohol service policies and health guidelines
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
