We are seeking a Customer Success Manager Produce to serve as a trusted partner and liaison between Tosca and our customers. Youll ensure customers gain maximum value from our products and services, build strong relationships, proactively identify opportunities to support customer needs and growth, and act as the Voice of the Customer within Tosca. This role blends relationship management, produce industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the supply chain.
This is a remote position available to candidates located in states where Tosca is a registered employer. Preferred locations include California, Arizona, Florida, Texas, or the Atlanta, GA metro area. The role requires extensive travel (5075%), including overnight stays as needed.
