Job Title: General Production Worker

Location: Post Falls, Idaho

Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr

Job Description

Join our foil/rubber department and play a key role in preparing materials for reuse. You'll clean large foil pieces, apply Frekote while wearing a respirator, and pour rubber into molds using industrial mixers. This role involves frequent lifting of 30–40 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep foil for reuse

• Apply Frekote while wearing a respirator

• Pour rubber into molds using mixers

• Lift and handle molds and equipment (30–50 lbs)

• Meet production goals with minimal supervision

• Support other departments as needed

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and technical experience

• Ability to stand and perform manual labor all day

• Experience in production or general labor

• Skilled with hand tools and packaging

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
