Job Title: General Production Worker
Location: Post Falls, Idaho
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr
Job Description
Join our foil/rubber department and play a key role in preparing materials for reuse. You'll clean large foil pieces, apply Frekote while wearing a respirator, and pour rubber into molds using industrial mixers. This role involves frequent lifting of 30–40 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
Clean and prep foil for reuse
Apply Frekote while wearing a respirator
Pour rubber into molds using mixers
Lift and handle molds and equipment (30–50 lbs)
Meet production goals with minimal supervision
Support other departments as needed
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude and technical experience
Ability to stand and perform manual labor all day
Experience in production or general labor
Skilled with hand tools and packaging
Basic computer and data entry skills
Prior manufacturing experience preferred

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
