Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends and metrics (quality of hire, vacancy, turnover, etc.) in partnership with HR to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Conduct thorough and objective investigations of employee complaints or allegations.
• Conduct retention activities including exit interviews, Pulse Check facilitation, and provide summaries to leaders.
• Coordinate all phases of recruitment from applicant to onboarding.
• Develop and update recruitment literature and promotional items.
• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Recommend recruitment strategies based on current operations.
• Follow up with program attendees and potential candidates.
• Facilitate candidate selection to ensure quality hires and retention.
• Ensure legal compliance and manage employee relations issues.
• Participate in evaluation of training programs.
• Provide performance management guidance to management.
• Assist with business restructuring, workforce, and succession planning.
• Guide on HR policies and legal requirements.
• Identify training needs and refer to EOD.
• Remain aware of available positions and work towards filling vacancies.
• Engage in marketing opportunities and represent the organization at events.
• Serve as HR contact for departments, conducting regular meetings.
• Source applicants through various channels.
• Improve work relationships, culture, engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required.

Compensation

Estimated Range: $60,486.40 - $93,745.60

Pay based on experience.
