This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic initiatives for top-tier beauty and wellness brands, driving both market impact and audience engagement. The Associate Director will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to craft compelling brand strategies, messaging, campaigns, and social programs. Success in this role requires a combination of analytical insight, creative thinking, and the ability to translate complex research into actionable strategies. You will be responsible for guiding brand positioning, optimizing campaign performance, and fostering strong client partnerships. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where your strategic input directly influences brand growth and consumer engagement.

Accountabilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative, digital growth, and operations teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Conduct in-depth research on client industries, audiences, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic recommendations.
• Engage directly with clients to understand goals, provide strategic guidance, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends, performance metrics, and campaign results to continuously refine brand strategies.
• Document and optimize internal workflows, ensuring seamless project phasing and efficient team collaboration.
• Present strategic narratives and recommendations confidently, tailoring storytelling to both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand strategy, campaign strategy, and/or social strategy, preferably with experience in beauty or wellness brands.
• Proven experience in a branding or marketing agency environment with measurable success in brand positioning and messaging.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-makers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments with changing trends and priorities.
• Strategic thinker with creativity and a passion for driving transformative change in brand development.
