COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Clinical Social Worker

• Annual Salary up to $90,265
• Relocation assistance of $5,000
• Signing bonus of up to $15,000
• Eligibility for NHSC Student loan forgiveness - $50K for a 2-year commitment!
• Annual CME allowance of $3,000

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Clinical Social Worker

• Join an integrated healthcare model in a federally qualified health center (FQHC)
• Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with optional overtime hours available
• Collaborative work environment, partnering with Primary Care to develop comprehensive treatment plans

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Clinical Social Worker

• Bilingual/Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply (not mandatory)
• New graduates with LCSWs, LPCs, and LMSWs are welcome to apply

COMMUNITY Clinical Social Worker

• Located in Southeast Idaho, just 2 hours from Boise, Idaho
