Job Specific Working Conditions:
We are seeking someone who is called and committed to reaching teenagers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and leading a team of volunteers in CDA. The main responsibilities for this position focus is building direct ministry within our Wyldlife team and overseeing and devloping Wyldlife in the area. Expectations will include being at schools on a weekly basis, meeting and building relationships with students, growing a parent support group, training and leading a team of volunteers to do incarnational ministry at the school, overseeing a Campaigners community, and camp trips. This staff person should also be excited to recruit volunteer leaders to partner with them in ministry.
Qualifications:
A deep prayer life and commitment to Jesus first, both personally and in ministry
Commitment and skills to lead a diverse team and reach all types of kids
Desire and proven ability to develop healthy discipleship opportunities for teenagers
Models relational ministry with teenagers by participating in direct ministry
Ability to recruit, develop, supervise and retain volunteer leaders
Willingness to raise personal financial support
Desire and capacity to work with people from diverse socioeconomic & economic backgrounds
Willingness to partner with local churches
