Pay Range

This range is provided by Coury Insurance Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $65,000 - $200,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

- Uncapped commissions, with an average of $500-$600 per sale, and total commissions averaging $750.

- Part-time agents: approx. $35,000-$50,000/year for 15 hours/week.

- Full-time agents: approx. $100,000-$250,000+ per year for 40 hours/week.

- Additional bonuses, incentives, and passive income opportunities.

- Flexible schedule, work from home, 1099 contractor position, and potential for daily pay.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite mortgage protection, final expense, and life insurance policies.
• Generate leads through exclusive, qualified direct mail campaignsno cold calling.
• Meet with clients virtually to assess their needs and provide solutions.
• Build rapport and educate clients in a low-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and a U.S. resident.
• State life insurance license required; assistance provided if needed.
• Clean criminal background (background check and fingerprinting required).
• Strong communication, ethical standards, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
