Job Title

Exceed guest's expectations by providing a high standard of service. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Sell and suggest all the unique items offered at the Floating Green based on product knowledge. Follow Hagadone Hospitality philosophy. Pay Rate: $3.35 plus tips.

Essential Functions
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food in a timely manner.
  • Quality check tables through service.
  • Stay attentive and courteous with every table.
  • Responsible for prompt service and attentiveness to the Guest.
  • Maintain service stations stock throughout each shift.
  • Work as a team player and help each other throughout your shift.
  • Responsible for the appearance of their designated section, as well as the overall appearance of the restaurant.
  • Handle payments transactions act as a cashier. (cash, credit cards, membership and room charges).
  • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance of each table.
  • Deal with customer difficulties as they arise.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Must be knowledgeable about food, wine, and liquor.
  • Capacity to stand for up to five hours at a time.
  • High level of verbal and social skills.
  • Display a confident personal presence, free of visible tattoos and facial piercings.
  • Must be able to climb stairs as well as a ladder/step stool to reach stock.
Job Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience required by position is two years in Food and Beverage industry.
  • Skills and Abilities: Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills. Able to read, write and speak English.

  • Hours required: Five to Ten-hour shift; scheduled days and times may vary based on need

  • 60% of shift lifting/carrying supplies/equipment
  • Be able to carry up to 45 pounds in a buss tub
  • Be able to carry up to 30 pounds on a tray
Bending
  • 10% of shift bending and kneeling to access supplies/equipment.
Mobility
  • 90% of shift continuous movement throughout restaurant.
  • Be able to walk up to five miles a day.
  • Be able to walk two steps during shift.
Continuous Standing
  • 95% of shift continuous standing attending to guests at their seats.
Work Environment
  • Inside: 40%
  • Outside: 60%

  • 50% of shift continuous exposure to chemicals
