Responsible for advancing key initiatives and projects in support of Kootenai Health s strategic plan. This position provides leadership and day-to-day management of the Strategy project management team providing oversight over the planning, execution, and tracking of projects being managed by the team. On assigned projects, individually leads both direct and virtual multidisciplinary teams from the concept phase through the execution of cross-functional initiatives and projects of varying size and complexity. Acts as a strategic partner to executives, service line leaders, and other project managers - flexibly responding to needs and enhancing the internal capability within the organization to develop and drive change, facilitate alignment, and create measurable impact for the organization.
