This position will be responsible for day-to-day operation of the department as dictated by industry standards and Company procedures and policies with the goal to provide superior customer service. The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Determine repair need by road test or triage process. Provide direction and assistance in problem resolution and repairs to service shop personnel. Assist mechanics in developing their skills with support of the Service Manager. Ensure Service shop meets all mandated safety requirements and company policies and procedures. Oversee written and physical inspection findings of mechanic and ensure thoroughness of repairs.
