The purpose of the Kroc Attendant - Youth and Children's Ministry is to assist with programming of the Kroc Center. Kroc Attendants will provide superior customer service and will be proactive in looking for ministry opportunities throughout the building. The underlying theme of all established programs will be to express the love of Jesus Christ and to reach out especially to the community's youth no matter where they may stand in their walk of faith. Must be available to work Sundays. Duties and Responsibilities: Promote the Mission of The Salvation Army. Ensure that parents and youth alike view the Kroc Center as a safe area for youth and a place to turn in time of need. Be familiar with and execute the One and Done discipline policy. Help maintain a safe, supporting and encouraging environment for youth and families. Promote positive family relationships.
