Minimum Qualifications:
  1. At least 18 years old
  2. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  3. Minimum 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
  4. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
  5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
