SPARK is seeking a Creative Director (Art & Design) to lead multiple brands and teams through marketing and advertising campaigns. The role involves defining and executing creative visions, teaching team members, and challenging both teams and clients to pursue innovative opportunities.

9. Contribute to agency-wide growth strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role within in-house, brand, or advertising agency settings.
• Portfolio demonstrating award-winning work with regional and national clients across various media including TV, OOH, digital, and branding.
• Strong presentation skills and experience managing creative teams.
• Solutions-oriented mindset with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
