Responsibilities

1. Process trade-related payments and receipts accurately and timely across all products.
2. Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Assist in resolving discrepancies and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
4. Support system implementation and participate in process improvement initiatives.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.
6. Handle other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Preferred: 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Macros, etc., is a plus.
