About the Role

The Dean will also be instrumental in cultivating partnerships with healthcare organizations, expanding educational access, and implementing innovative delivery systems, including distance education and off-site clinical experiences.Applicants for the Dean of Instruction position at the company should possess a Master's degree in nursing, health-related professions, or education, with a minimum of 5 years of full-time equivalent experience in adult education, administration, and/or organizational leadership. The role requires a visionary leader with strong supervisory, team leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of health professions, industry standards, and accrediting bodies is essential, as is experience in curriculum planning, development, and delivery processes.
