Project Manager

Position Overview
We are a full-service heavy construction and infrastructure company based in Coeur d'Alene, with expertise in civil development, mining operations, and HVAC systems with projects ranging from road and utility construction to mine site development and commercial HVAC installations.

We are seeking a Project Manager who will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various construction and land development projects. This role is essential for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Develop project plans, including defining scope, resources, and schedules, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management software tools (such as Bluebeam, Heavy Bid, and PlanSwift) to track project metrics and reporting.
• Manage client relationships and communicate project status and issues effectively to stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience Project Management or Estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in land development, public utility, civil excavation, or heavy highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Heavy Job and Viewpoint.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
