Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility for the continuous development and implementation of the company-wide Data Analytics strategy incl. regular dialogue with the Management Board and various stakeholders from all functional domains
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of key cross-functional measures of the strategy from driving the analytics transformation and developing a governance framework to measuring and increasing the adoption of analytics solutions
• Idea generation, prioritization, piloting, and implementation of data-driven (gen)AI solutions to improve business decision-making, in particular augmentation of sanalytical solutions into the existing infrastructure
• Further development and expansion of the central Pricing and Analytics IT operations infrastructure
• Functional responsibility for the provision and further development of the central data set for Pricing & Analytics use cases in close collaboration with the central data platform team
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the central Data Analytics team

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics/Mathematics/Sciences with a strong interest in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Strong strategic and visionary thinking to develop long-term goals in a technology-oriented environment
• High determination and high focus on implementation
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team towards achieving goals
• Professional and project experience in the field of Data Analytics and/or BI environment, ideally in an (industrial) insurance company, excellent analytical skills and quick grasp of complex situations
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and coordination skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders and for project and task coordination
• Strong initiative and commitment, entrepreneurial thinking, and assertiveness
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken, and enjoyment of working in an international team
