Reporting to the General Manager at Live Casino & Hotel Virginia, the Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for the management and direction of all aspects of HR at the property. This includes talent acquisition, team member relations, employee training/development, performance management, retention management, and team member engagement. The role will also lead efforts in partnership with Shared Services functions including compensation, benefits, HR systems, and Talent Development. This is a leading role within the property; expected to interact across all employee levels.
